POLISH WAVE is an initiative devoted to promoting Polish cinematographic creations, run by the Ad Arte Foundation, the organiser of the Short Waves festival, which has taken place in Poland every year since 2008. The POLISH WAVE programme brings together a carefully-selected set of innovative and surprising short films, the essence of the ‘Polish wave’, or, in other words, the new phenomena of the Polish audiovisual scene.
