The Polish Institute in Brussels is looking for a talented and passionate person to help us promote Polish culture in Belgium while gaining a valuable work experience.

The Polish Institute is looking for an intern to join our team and help us to work on exciting new projects.

This is a great opportunity to anyone who wants to learn more about Poland, communications, public relations, project management or events planning.

 

What we offer :

 -       Communication - the intern will participate in the orientation and implementation of the communication strategy of the Polish Institute: website management, animation of social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), drafting press releases and content writing.

-       Translation of articles, website and social media contents

-       Project management - conducting relevant research, supporting relationships with partners and assisting in managing projects

-       Co-ordinating events - support in planning, co-ordinating and attending events organised by the Institute.

 

We are looking for:

 -       a person who expresses interest in culture, in contemporary Poland, communications and event planning

-       Very good oral and written expression of English, knowledge of French or Dutch

-       Curious and dynamic person

-       Autonomous and responsive

-       Excellent writing skills

-       Knowledge of communication of tools

 

Start of the internship: 02.12.2019

Duration of the internship: 1-3 months.

Unpaid internship, agreed for up to 3 months. Full-time, possibility of part-time (flexibility with University schedule).
